2.4 Antenna Connector

A variety of antenna connectors are available for the CM-4X module including SMA, SMB, MCX, and BNC. A
standard 5-pin, thru-hole pattern has been selected because of the wide variety of compatible connectors available
and also for the maximum mechanical strength. For applications where a bulkhead connection is required, an end-
launch SMA is also available. For automotive applications, a FAKRA-type connector is available which provides a
double locking mechanism as well as a keyed, color-coded interface as shown below:
