MAGICPAD
The MagicPad, which is an optional accessory for the system, provides an easy way to capture
network IDs, DIP switch settings, the firmware revision number, and dates.
MagicPad Configuration Tips
To check the MagicPad revision, press all six buttons simultaneously. The revision information
will be displayed on the buttons.
To capture and display DIP switch settings for the MagicPad, the Network Diagnostic Analyzer
will need to be set to “capture mode.” Generate network traffic by pressing any MagicPad but-
ton. When the button is pressed, network traffic is generated, and the Network Diagnostic
Analyzer will flash and optionally beep.
