The motorisation must be disconnected from any power supply during cleaning and maintenance and when parts are replaced.

6.1 Assistance

If the fault remains or for any other problem or enquiry relating to your motorisation, visit

www.somfy.com

6.2 Replacing the remote control battery

The service life of the battery is generally 2 years.

Remove the clip from the
remote control.

Insert the screwdriver in the slot
and li the cover.

Remove the battery using a
screwdriver.

Replace the battery (3 V
CR 2430 or CR 2032).
