These presets block and allow common applications. They will suit
most needs, if you have a specific application you may want to add
your own filters to either allow or deny traffic.
To configure packet filtering you must first click on the
Security
(NAT,Firewall)
link on the left hand side under
Advanced
Configuration.
Make sure that Firewall is ticked as enabled.
Click
Change State
to change the state.
To modify what types of traffic you want to filter, click on the
Firewall Policy Configuration
link under the
Policies, Triggers
and Intrusion Detection
section at the bottom of the screen.
