FAULTS
In the event of any fault that may be hazardous to people, the machine and/or the environment, you must disconnect
the machine immediately and make sure it cannot be reconnected until the problem that caused it has been solved.
Faults should only be eliminated by qualified personnel, taking into account the safety instructions of the machine.
LIST OF POSSIBLE FAULTS
The front panel does not work, no indicator is comes on and no indication appears on the screen.
CAUSE SOLUTION
No power supply.
Check fuses or protection of the installation.
Check the mains voltage.
Mains cable or plug defective. Check the supply connections.
Possible overvoltage in the network. Check the supply voltage of the machine.
One or more of the error indicators is lit up and/or the indication E.XX appears on the screen.
CAUSE SOLUTION
The supply voltage is not correct. Check that the supply voltage is correct.
External accessories are affecting the machine startup
calibration.
Disconnect accessories from the welding terminals of
the power unit.

The welding current does match the set level.
CAUSE SOLUTION
It has a wrongly set remote analogue control. Check remote control activation and setting.
Remote controls are not working.
CAUSE SOLUTION
Incorrect connection of remote accessories.
Connection cable pinched and/or crushed.
Ensure correct connection between remote accesso-
ries and power unit and the good condition of the in-
terconnection cables. The power unit has a resettable
fuse (internal) to protect from wrong connections. If
this protection is activated, it may be necessary to
wait five minutes to operate normally again with the
machine.
No shielding gas
CAUSE SOLUTION
Incorrect gas connections protection.
Pinching or crushing in the gas tubes.
Check gas connections between the bottle and the
power unit, between the power unit and the winder
and the gas connection of the torch.
There is no shielding gas supplied to the power unit.
The equipment will indicate this issue with the alarm
number 11. Check that the gas bottle and the gas re-
gulator is opened and properly adjusted.
Defective gas valve Replace gas valve.
There is selected the program number
OP185 or OP 186
This type of flux cored wires not require shielding gas.
