16.0 Disposal
Worn out appliances should be made inoperable. Unplug the appliance and then
separate the mains cord from the appliance.
Electrical equipment does not
belong in the household waste and should be disposed of in an environ-
mentally responsible way. Take the appliance to an official collection
point or to your retailer.
All return points with the label *disposal secured* work
together with the Swiss disposal foundation (S.E.N.S) which takes care of an envi-
ronmentally responsible disposal of the old appliance (valid for Switzerland).
