2.5 The Fireplace

1) The recess into which the 22" HOT BOX is to be fitted should conform to the

dimensions shown in

Fig.1

and must be constructed of non-combustible materials. If

a chairbrick is already in position, this must be removed and the recess cleared to

permit the provision of a debris-collection space (minimum depth of 50mm) behind

the appliance.

2.6 Use of RCF articles in this appliance

This product uses fuel effect pieces containing Refractory Ceramic Fibre (RCF) which

are man made vitreous silicate fibres. Excessive exposure to these materials may

cause temporary irritation to eyes, skin and respiratory tract, consequently, it makes

sense to take care when handling these articles to ensure that the release of dust is

kept to a minimum.
