Chapter 4

System Setup

See Figure 13 for an illustration of a typical rover setup.

For RTK rover setup, complete the following steps:

1.

Mount the GSR2700 IS on the pole.

NOTE

Position the receiver with the GPS antenna up and the 
mounting socket down.

2.

If you are using the internal radio, ensure that the internal 
radio antenna is connected to the receiver’s antenna port
