6.5.1  Upgrade System Software 

The routing software is stored in FLASH memory, and can be upgraded as new software is released. Upgrade 
files can be downloaded from our website. If the upgrade file is compressed (.ZIP file), you must first extract 
the binary (.BIN) file before sending it to the wireless SOHO Firewall gateway. The upgrade file can be sent 
to the wireless SOHO Firewall gateway using your browser.  

 

The Web browser used to upload new firmware into the wireless SOHO Firewall 

gateway must support HTTP uploads. We recommend using Netscape Navigator 

3.0 or above.
