 WER-401 Wireless SOHO Firewall Gateway 

FIELD 

DESCRIPTION 

Enable DHCP Server 

Select this option to configure your wireless SOHO Firewall gateway as a 
DHCP server so it will provide the TCP/IP configuration for the clients. 

IP Pool Starting Address   The wireless SOHO Firewall gateway is pre-configured with a pool of 32 IP 

addresses. It allocates 31 IP addresses (excluding the device itself) in the lower 
range for other server machines, e.g., server for mail, FTP, telnet, web, etc., 
that you may have. 

IP Pool Size   This field specifies the size, or count of the IP address pool. 

LAN Setup 

 

IP Address  Enter the IP address of your wireless SOHO Firewall gateway in dotted decimal 

notation 

IP Subnet Mask  Your wireless SOHO Firewall gateway will automatically calculate the subnet 

mask based on the IP address that you assign. Unless you are implementing 
subnetting, use the subnet mask computed by the wireless SOHO Firewall 
gateway. 

Help

Apply
