Canceling PIN Lock (PUK/PUK2 Code)

Incorrectly entering PIN or PIN2 three consecutive 
times activates PIN Lock and limits handset function 
access. Enter PUK (PIN Unlocking Key) Code to 
cancel PIN Lock.
