Store the mean value as the reference weight for counting
Press F6 Accept.

6.7.8 Piece control
By the function "piece control" piece goods can be dosed into a container or quantities can be controlled.
Example: You want to fill 1000 counted parts with max. 3 parts tolerance into a container.
Example: You want to check several batches for compliance with the quantity.
To call up the piece check function, you must already be in counting mode, i.e. have defined a reference
weight.
In level 2 Control functions, press the F5 key to select Contr.
Use the numeric keypad to enter the desired piece count, confirm with the
F6 Apply. Enter the accepted tolerance in pieces using the numeric keypad and confirm with the F6 Enter key.
If you want to define the plus and minus tolerance separately, activate / in the setting mode under Program
settings / Counting / +/- Tolerance separated /.
The display switches to the Counting display view, the traffic light function with the special characters is
activated. The corresponding traffic light colour with special characters is displayed on the scale according
to the actual status of the target value.

You can also have the difference between the target weight and the + or - sign displayed in the upper left-
hand corner of the auxiliary display. Activate the auxiliary display by pressing the F3 key in Level 4
Adjustment Functions.
