Relief factor for totalising
(Parameter is not used in the Pick function)
In the setting mode, you can specify that the scale must be unloaded by a certain number of digits between
the placing on the scale of the individual items in the Totalising function. If you do not relieve the load, the
weight value is not stored in the totalising memory and is displayed with the error message Error 55 Place
weight on scale. In this way, you can prevent, for example, duplicate entries being made for one item.
Auto totalising
The Auto Totalise function can be activated in the setting mode.
Then only the first position must be stored with the Plus key; all other positions are automatically stored in
the totalising memory after they have been cleared (only for totalising) and weight has been placed on the
scale.
If auto totalising is interrupted due to cancellation, error message or change of measuring point, auto
totalising must be restarted with the Plus key.
Info: Auto totalising can be defined as a print-triggering condition in the same way as manual totalising (see
section 8 Printing in the 3025 Operation Manual).
With auto picking, a load <5 digits is not automatically accepted; weights < 5 digits can be manually stored in
the pick memory using the F6 Plus key.
Assigning and deleting the sequential number
Each entry (plus, cancellation) in the total memory is assigned a four-digit sequential number.
The sequential number is not reset in the factory setting.
Optionally, the consecutive number can be reset in the setting mode:
> not active (no reset = factory setting)
> deleting the totalising memory
> Switching off the terminal
> Function key: Delete F1 current no. when calling via keys and F4 Total.
Item counter
The item counter only counts the actually totalled transactions. For each new transaction with plus or
automatic totalisation, the transaction counter is incremented by 1. The transaction counter runs up to 999,
followed by the error message Error 45. If the transaction is reversed, the transaction counter is reduced by
1. The transaction counter is always automatically set to zero when the total is deleted.
Print-triggering keys
Additional keys or functions such as plus, reversal and total can be used as print-triggering keys, e.g. for
document printing, in the totalising / picking function. The prerequisite is that a print image has been stored
for the respective key.
The "Display, print" option must be selected for the totals key in the totals key function setting mode.

Display of current totals
Within a total, you can display the total values reached by pressing the key one after the other and then
the F4 Total key.
You can clear the totals by pressing the F2 key and the sequential number (if only "Display" is activated in the
totalling key function in the setting mode) or return to the totalling mode by pressing the F6 Back key.
