Beeper Frequency : Select the frequency of the beep that the Bluetooth
CHS emits to indicate good scans, power on/off, connection/
disconnection, etc.

Good Scan Beep : Select to have the Bluetooth CHS beep to indicate that
data was successfully decoded and transmitted to the smartphone.
•
Good Scan LED: Select to have the Bluetooth CHS LED turn green to
indicate that data was successfully decoded and transmitted to the
smartphone.
•
Reconnect Retries : Select how many times you would like the Bluetooth
CHS to try reconnecting to your smartphone in case they become
disconnected.
•
Reconnect Interval : Select the amount of time you would like the
Bluetooth CHS to wait between reconnect retries.
4. After entering your settings, select OK .

1. In the main screen of SocketScan, select Options | About .

A screen will display the SocketScan version number. If the Bluetooth CHS
is connected, the Bluetooth CHS firmware version will also be reported.
