Size: Adjusts the horizontal and vertical size
simultaneously while maintaining the aspect ratio.
The product of SIZ and ASP is limited to the range
0.50 to 2.00, and SIZ is limited to the range 0.50 to
2.00.
Note that this option does not appear if H only
processing is selected.
