TROUBLESHOOTING
SYMPTOM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
No power to display
A). Unit is unplugged.
B). Power switch is not in the ON position
C). The equipment circuit breaker has been
tripped
D) After assembly or moving the
equipment, The computer cable may have
been damaged.
Check the circuit breaker and fuse.
Disassemble the equipment and check for
computer wire damage
Contact your dealer if the unit is plugged in,
powered on and the circuit breaker is
depressed.
Abnormal LCD display
LCD damage
Contact your dealer for troubleshooting
SPEED ERROR
A).Speed feedback problem.
B).Motor console damaged.
Turn off and unplug the equipment for a
minimum of 5 minutes. Plug the equipment
in and then press START. Check the
following:
1. Does the running belt move?
2. If the running belt moves, does error
message appear after 10 seconds?
If the belt moves and message does not
appear, lubricate the running belt and deck.
If the belt moved and message appears,
please contact your dealer.
Error Code E7
Incline motor malfunction.
Turn off and unplug the equipment for a
minimum of 2 hours. Plug the equipment in
and then press START. Test the incline
function by increasing and decreasing the
incline. If the incline does not function call
your equipment dealer.
Running Belt Noise
New Running Belt
This is normal. All new running belts or
running belts that have not been used for a
long period of time, will make a thumping
noise when running. This will dissipate over
a period of time with consistent and normal
use.
Running Belt is Noisy or
Slows during use
Too much friction
Lubricate the running deck with factory
approved lubricant.
