Locate:

3 pcs Cooking Grids (20)

ToolsNeeded:

None

 

Procedure:

Place the (3) Cooking Grids into 
the Cooking Grid Supports as 
shown.

 

Make sure the angled portion of the 
grid is slid in first.

Locate:

Wood Chips Box (9) & Lid (11)

Grease Tray(7),  Vent  Knob(10)

Tools Needed:

None

 

Procedure:

Slide the Wood Chip Box & Lid 

Assembly

 

into the Rails in the smoker. 

Slide the Grease Tray into the smoker 

as shown.

 

Screw the Vent Knob to the Front 
Vent as shown.

•  Wood Chip Box

•  Wood Chip Box Lid

•  Grease Tray

•  Vent Knob

Tools Needed:

Procedure:

Place the (3) Cooking Grids into

the Cooking Grid Supports as

Slide the Wood Chip Box & Lid

into the Rails in the smoker. 

Slide the Grease Tray into the smoker 

as shown.

 

Screw the Vent Knob to the Front 
Vent as shown.

 

Procedure:

Slide the Wood Chip Box & Lid Assembly into 

the Rails in the smoker. Slide the Grease Tray 

into the smoker as shown. Screw the Vent 

Knob to the Front Vent as shown.
