The surface of the refrigerator is warm:
•  The refrigerator is fitted with a

condensation prevention system and
heat radiation pipes.

•  The rear and side panels may be

particularly hot when the appliance is
started up or if the door is open and
closed frequently.

•  The two compartments are connected by

an air duct. When one of the doors is
closed, the other may open due to the air
pressure inside the duct. This is normal.

The LED lamp inside the refrigerator
compartment has to be replaced:
•  Have it replaced by a Service Centre.

There are undulations and / or
deformations on the surface of the door, the
side and the top of the refrigerator:
•  Small undulations and deformations can

be generated during the refrigerator
manufacturing process. They may
appear more or less accentuated
according to the position of the light
sources or the brightness of the
environment, but they do not affect the
performance in any way.

Condensation forms when warm,
moist air comes into contact with
something cold. For example, if
you put ice in a glass, the air
around the glass cools and
condensation forms on the outer
surface of the glass.
In the same way, when hot, damp
air enters the refrigerator when the
door is opened it comes into
contact with the cold inside wall
forming a small amount of
condensation.
If the door is opened frequently or
for a long time, condensation will
build up each time. In some cases,
the condensation may turn into ice
in the freezer compartment.

If the problem has not been
resolved or for other types of fault,
please contact your local Service
Centre.
