Mashed Potato

Prepare the mashed potato using 1 kg of raw
potatoes.
Place the mashed potato in a suitable container (25-
26 cm in diameter) and then place it inside the
microwave.
Pastry Soufflé

Prepare a Soufflé with approximately 250g of pastry.
Place the soufflé in a suitable container (about 22
cm diameter and 10 cm high), cover it and then
place it inside the microwave.

START
. The microwave is turned on.
Special Function: THAW AND HEAT
1.
The special function key thaw and heat should
be repeatedly pressed until the desired option
according to the following table is displayed.
The special function
THAW AND HEAT
indicator will light up.

Pre-cooked dishes
(1 ration 350-400 gm)

Open the wrapper on the precooked dish
(Cannelloni, macaroni, gnocchi etc.)
and place it
inside the microwave or tip the contents out onto a
plate. Cover immediately.
Refried dishes / Stews
(Approx. 900-1000 gm)

Place the refried dish/stew (for example: cabbage,
stewed chicken) into a container, cover and then
place it inside the Microwave.
