Appendix D.4. Laser Detection Coverage Pointer

The Laser Detection Coverage Pointer evaluates detector coverage on-site. The device is an add-on
accessory that enables designers and installers to optimize detector location and assess the actual
coverage of installed detectors.
The device is universal and can be used with all 3600 Optical Flame Detectors.
Appendix D.5. Air Shield
– P/N 777161
The Air Shield enables detector installation in dirty areas by using compressed air to keep the window
clean. This prevents accumulation of dirt on the window, allowing the detector operate with an
unobstructed view.
