VLAN
On this page you can configure the membership of VLAN groups.
A VLAN group is basically a broadcast domain, but ports and
trunks may belong to more than one VLAN group. Any individual
trunk or port can be a member of a VLAN group. A maximum of
32 VLAN groups can be specified. The forwarding rule is that
packets from the source port/trunk will only be forwarded to ports
within the same VLAN group. A broadcast/multicast packet will be
forwarded to all ports/trunks within the same VLAN(s) as the
source port/trunk except the source port itself. A unicast packet
will be forwarded to the destination port/trunk only if the
destination port/trunk is in the same VLAN as the source port/
trunk.
