Error display function
When an error or abnormality arises, the location and contents are displayed.
Analogue output free range function
This function allows a fl ow that generates an output of 5 V (or 10 V
when 0 to 10 V is selected) or 20 mA to be changed.
The value can be changed between 10 % of the maximum value of
the rated fl ow and the maximum value of the display range.
