To assign the unique 5 digit device number simple select 

Dev-Num

 from this page and enter the 

device number that you entered into the server in the previous steps. Once done select the 

Save

 

button to save these settings. 

 

 

 

APN 

In order for the SVC MDVR unit to communicate with the server over the internet you will need have 
a 3G SIM card inserted into the unit. For details instructions on this please see refer to the units 
manual. The unit will then need to have some settings configured to allow it communicate with the 
network provider and provide internet access.  

To enter these settings go to the main menu on the device and select
