TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

If your cleaner is still not performing properly after all of the troubleshooting has been performed  please contact SmartPool, Inc. Technical Service at 1-732-730-9880.

AC OUTLET/GFI

CHECK AC OUTLET/RESET THE GFI OR TRY ANOTHER OUTLET

POWER SUPPLY RESET

TURN THE POWER SUPPLY OFF AND UNPLUG THE POWER SUPPLY FROM THE AC OUTLET.  WAIT 30 SECONDS AND TURN
POWER SUPPLY ON.

EXTENSION CORD

TRY PLUGGING THE POWER SUPPLY DIRECTLY INTO AN OUTLET

LOOSE SWIVEL CONNECTION

ENSURE ALL CONNECTIONS TO/FROM THE SWIVEL ARE SECURE.

CHECK BRUSHES AND REPLACE IF NECESSARY
