Cable Requirements
☐ 5 conductors must be available.
☐ The insulated conductors for the switch must be of a different color than the insulated conductors
of the socket-outlet.
☐ Comprising copper in the form of solid or stranded wire, not fine-stranded wire.
☐ Conductor cross-section: 16 AWG to 12 AWG (1.5 mm² to 3.3 mm²)
