1. NOTES ON SAFETY
ƒ
Installation, mounting or works on the electrical connection may
only be carried out by an approved electrician.
ƒ
Do not cover the product - provide free air circulation!
ƒ
Do not hang or fasten anything on the product, especially no decoration.
ƒ
Keep children away from the product.
ƒ
Operate the product only when it functions properly:
In case of a malfunction you may NOT touch the product or operate it
further. Disconnect the product from the power supply by an external switch
or by the fuse.
ƒ
If touched or further operated there is danger from electric shock,
burning, or fire.
A malfunction exists when:
ƒ
visible damages appear.
ƒ
the product does not work properly (e.g. flickering).
ƒ
smoke, steam or crackling sounds appear.
ƒ
smell of burning is recognisable.
ƒ
an overheating is recognisable (e.g. by discolouration of adjacent
surfaces).
Operate the product only after maintenance and examination by an
approved electrician!
2. USE AS DIRECTED
This product serves exclusively lighting purposes and may:
ƒ
only be used with a suitable power supply unit, output voltage: 24V/DC
constant (e.g. SLV art.-no. 470542).
ƒ
only be operated when firmly mounted.
ƒ
only be used in dry condition,
ƒ
not in damp or dirt-endangered rooms.
ƒ
not in areas of high air humidity.
ƒ
not be exposed to strong mechanical loads or to strong contamination.
ƒ
only be installed and operated after a condition inspection if the product
is dirty or has been moistened through storage.
ƒ
not be modified or converted.
3. MAINTANANCE AND CARE
Disconnect the product from the power supply and let it cool down ,
before you do maintenance or clean the product.
ƒ
If disregarded there may be danger of electric shock or by burning
when cleaning the product.
ƒ
Cleaning: Clean the product on a regular basis using a slightly
moistened, soft and fluff-free cloth.
4. ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES
Storage: The product must be stored in a dry and clean environment. Do
not strain the product mechanically during storage.
Warranty: In case of a warranty contact your dealer.
Disposal: Notes on the correct disposal in Germany are found on
www.slv.de.
5. OPERATING the EASY LIM PRO RF 350mA
Button Function Notes
ON/OFF Switches the controller on or
off.
PAUSE Stops the running program.
MODE + Switches to the next program.
MODE - Switches to the previous
program.
It is recommended to switch
the program at a high
sequence speed for easier
recognition of the changes.
SPEED Slows the sequencing speed of
colour changing programs by
eight steps.
Verringert die
BRT Reduces the brightness to
zero. This can be increased
again in eight steps.
Note that after pushing the
BRT (brightness) button the
light may seem to be
switched off. Push the BRT
button if the LED are not
illuminated after switching
the controller on.
RESET Restores the state of delivery
There are 17 programs included. Programs from 1 to 7 generate static
colours. The programs from 8 to 17 are colour changing programs.

6. INSTALLATION
(only by an approved electrician)
Switch off the mains or respectively the connection lead before doing
any works
.
ƒ
There exists mortal danger from an electric shock .
ƒ
Keep the whole installation off power until the work is completely
finished. A connection with the power on will destroy the LED!
Use only parts, which are supplied with the product or are described as
accessories !
ƒ
Otherwise the product or the whole installation may not be secure.
Danger for life or danger of fire may exist!
Unpacking
ƒ
Carefully take the product out of the packaging removing any transport
safeguards.
ƒ
Before disposal of the packaging material make sure that all
components of the product are removed.
Installation
ƒ
Make sure that the product is mounted on a stable, even and tilt-fixed
background .
ƒ
Note that the wattage of the connected LED illumination does not
exceed the wattage of the controller or the power supply.
ƒ
Use additionally the EASY LIM PRO Repeater (art.-no. 470612) when
higher wattages need to be controlled.
ƒ
Fix the controller on the mounting surface.
ƒ
The final wiring depends on which devices/illumination are used.
ƒ
The figure shows a wiring using an additional EASY LIM PRO Repeater
350mA.
Adjusting the remote control (art.-no. 470601)
ƒ
Open the housing of the remote control.
ƒ
Set a user-defined coding on the coding switch of the remote control.
ƒ
Set the same coding on the coding switch of the controller.
ƒ
Close the housing of the remote control.
ƒ
The buttons of the remote control corresponds with the button on the
controller.
