- Blade Cover:
Remove the Lock Handle (N°01 Picture 20), spinning it in the an-clock direcon unl its
complete removal.;

7 - Press and release the ON/OFF key (N°01 Picture 15) in the“I” posion to turn the
machine on.
8 – With the blade moving, press the bu!on (Item 01 Pic.16), unl the grindstone is in
contact with the blade, keep it pressed for 2 or 3 seconds. Repeat this proceedure 3 mes.
9 – To conclude the sharpening operaon, press the bu!on (Item 02 Pic.16), to clean any
remainning burrs in the blade. Do this for 1 second maximum.

A"er the thinning and finishing sharpening procedure is concluded, clean the Equipment
and
realize a test by cu$ng a few slices. If the quality of the slices is not sasfactory (Slices
with burrs, irregular shape and excess of residual bits), repeat the procedure up to 3 mes
maximum. If even a"er that the slices are sll not sasfactory, please call the technical
service.
