Skandika training equipments are high-capacity quality products which comply with high value mate-
rials and professional handling. They are optimally suitable for your fitness training in private surroun

Skandika elliptical trainer strengthens your cardiovascular system, spares your joints, stimulates your
metabolism stably and makes you fit and healthy.
Safety guidelines
• This training equipment is concerned with a speed-dependant equipment of class HA.
• The maximum capacity is 145 kg.
•
Your elliptical trainer may be used only for specific purposes.
• Any other use is improper and probably dangerous. The dealer cannot be held responsible for the
improper usage of equipment.
Your elliptical trainer was developed and designed as safety-related according to the latest know-how.
The following instructions also help you to ensure safety:
• Assemble the equipment properly and note all points of this manual so that personal injuries are
avoided. Small children and pets should be kept away from the equipment. Check all the nuts and
bolts for tightness before using the equipment.

Before you begin the training, consult your doctor and check your physical fitness. Discontinue
training if you observe dizziness or nausea.
• Do not use your elliptical trainer on cushioned, bulky or plushy carpet.
• Both the carpet and the elliptical trainer can cause injury.
• Avoid the access of children especially during training. Here there is a high risk of injury from the
moving elements.
• Hands should be kept away from the pedals or arms. Pay attention to the hands when folding the-
equipment.
• Never use your elliptical trainer in case of defective cables or connectors. Contact your dealer if
your equipment does not function properly.
• Keep the power cable away from heated surfaces.
•
Do not use the elliptical trainer in the surrounding of flammable gases.
• The elliptical trainer is not suitable for outdoor use.
•
Choose the training program which is ideal for your physical strength- and fitness level.
• Look for matching sportswear. Wear appropriate shoes which guarantee a stable grip as well as is
slip resistant.
• The equipment must never be used by several persons at the same time.
• To switch off; please set all settings at ‚OFF’..
