Adjusting the outlet pressure
All the adjustments must be carried out in the
following order:
Disconnect pressure regulator connection
“VENT” (if used).
Remove the modulator plastic cap E.
• Maximum pressure: power the modulator in
the maximum condition. Screw in the nut C
to increase the outlet pressure and screw it
out to decrease it. 10 mm spanner
• Minimum pressure: cut off the power supply
to the modulator and, keeping the nut C
blocked, screw in the screw D to increase
the pressure and screw it out to decrease
it. Screwdriver 6 x 1 blade. Put back the
modulator plastic cap.
Connect pressure regulator connection (if
used).
WARNING: TO ENSURE THE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE MODULATOR IT
IS NECESSARy THAT THE PLASTIC CAP E IS RETURNED TO ITS
ORIGINAL LOCATION.
Gas family change
Check that the appliance is suitable for operation with the gas family in question. Adjust the
settings in accordance with the values given in the appliance instruction booklet only after
having changed the gas injector of the appliance.
Changing gas group within the same family
Check that the appliance is suitable for operation with the gas group in question. Check in the
appliance instructions if any operations are necessary when changing the gas group. Finally
adjust the settings in accordance with the values given in the appliance instruction booklet, as
stated previously.
IMPORTANT At the end of all setting and adjustment operations, check electrical
insulation, gas seals and the safety of the appliance.
After carrying out all adjustments, fit the provided seals and/or block
the setting screws with paint, taking care not to obstruct the vent orifice
inside the air signal connection port G, see Fig. 9.
Make sure that the vent plug (see Fig. 9) is fitted. If not present, insert
the original plug. The correct operation of the valve is not guaranteed
when the vent plug is not fitted.
Do not operate with compressed air near the zone of Pair connection.
Finally ensure that the burner operates properly and according to the
appliance instructions at the minimum and maximum power of the
appliance.
