3. Einstellen des Schwaders 3. Rotary swather adjustment

Instandsetzungs, Wartungs - und
Reinigungsarbeiten sowie die
Beseitigung von Funktionsstörungen
grundsätzlich nur bei ausgeschaltetem
Antrieb und stillstehendem Motor
vornehmen! Zündschlüssel abziehen.

Der Schwader ist für eine
Zapfwellendrehzahl von max. 540 U/min
ausgelegt.

Empfohlene Zapfwellendrehzahl im
Einsatz 350 – 450 U/min.

Der Aufenthalt im Arbeitsbereich ist
verboten.

Warnung vor dem Auswurf hinter dem
Gerät.

Aufstieg auf die Maschine ist verboten.

Schutzeinrichtungen müssen bei der
Arbeit in der Schutzposition sein.

Bei scharfen Manövern muss der
Kardanantrieb ausgeschaltet werden,
wenn das Fahrzeug nicht mit einem
Weitwinkelgelenk ausgestattet ist.

Perform the repair work, maintenance,
cleaning and stopping works only with
the switched off drive and stand still
engine! Remove the ignition key.

Maximum P.T.O. shaft rotation is 540
rpm.

Optimal P.T.O. shaft rotation is
between 350 and 450 rpm.

It is forbidden to stay in the working
area of the machine.

Danger warning of substance eject
behind the machine.

It is forbidden to climb on the machine.

Protections must be in protective
position while working.

In sharp turns it is necessary to switch
off PTO drive, except if you have a
wide-angle PTO shaft.

Traktor mit Schwader auf ebenen und
harten Boden abstellen.

Traktorquerstange aufheben um die Höhe
(A) (Bild 7) zwischen Anschluß und
Gelenkwelle zu versichern, die nicht kleiner
als 180 mm sein darf. Falls das nicht
erreicht ist, die Zylindereinstellung
vornehmen (Bild 9).

Place the swather with tractor on flat and
firm ground.

Lift the tractor’s crossbar to secure the
height (A) (fig. 7) between the connection
and the P.T.O. shaft, which is not allowed to
be less than 180 mm. If not so, perform the
cylinder adjustment (fig. 9).
