Result: All the functions cannot work.
Test rising/lowering function
1. Press lifting button which shall flash.
2. Push control handle forward in direction of
the arrow, start lifting function.

Result: Platform lifts, and protection
mechanism of pot hole start up.
3. Release control handle.

Result: Platform be stopped for lifting.
4. Push control handle backward in direction
of the arrow, start lowering function.

Result: The platform should be lowered
meanwhile the lowering alarm should ring.
Attention: All tests be finished in one period.
Test the Steering
1. Press travel and veer buttons which shall
flash.
2. Press left veer button on the control handle.

Result: Vehicle turns to left.
3. Press right veer button on the control
handle.
4.

Result: Vehicle turns to right.
Test Drive and Brake Functions
1. Press travel and veer buttons which shall
flash.
2. Push forward the proportion-control handle
for travel/veer/lift slowly as per the arrow
direction on the control panel, until the
machine begins to move.
 Result: The machine should move forward
and then stop.
3. Push backward the control handle slowly as
per the arrow direction on the control panel,
until the machine begins to move, then
reset the handle to center position.

Result: The machine should move
backward and then stop.
Attention: The brake must be able to climb at
any gradient and the brake must be able to stop
the machine.
Test Weighing System
(Optional)
Before test, make the platform lift for two times
to make sure normal lubrication between sliding
block and guide way.
1. Scissors arm be in full retraction with
platform in lowest position. Upload to
platform slowly.

Result:
GTJZ0608
For weight less than 380kg, platform be able to
lift to the highest position. For weight
more than
450kg, the platform lifting height is more than 1
m or 10% of the lifting height (larger) , the
overweight indicator lights on, and alarms ,the
workbench is prohibited from moving, after
removing the overloaded items, the movement
can start again.
GTJZ0808
For weight less than 250kg, platform be able to
lift to the highest position. For weight
more than
300kg, the platform lifting height is more than 1
m or 10% of the lifting height (larger) , the
overweight indicator lights on, and alarms ,the
workbench is prohibited from moving, after
removing the overloaded items, the movement
can start again
.

For weight less than 550kg, platform be able to
lift to the highest position. For weight
more than
650kg, the platform lifting height is more than 1
m or 10% of the lifting height (larger) , the
overweight indicator lights on, and alarms ,the
workbench is prohibited from moving, after
removing the overloaded items, the movement
can start again
