Configuraiton - STC (Sensitivity Time Control)

The STC (Sensitivity Time Control) is used to
decrease the amount of signal from small targets that
are close to the surface. The effect is to reduce the
EQ 55 receiver sensitivity in the top few meters of
water close to the transducer.

The use of STC may be especially useful when
operating in shallow waters.
