SAFETY WARNINGS AND REGULATIONS

WARNINGS
– After having unpacked the boiler en-
sure that it is undamaged and com-
plete including the valve pack, hanging
bracket and template.
– The appliance must be used as intend-
ed.
Sime Ltd
declines all responsible
for any injury or damage to persons,
animals,or property as a result of im-
proper installation, adjustment, main-
tenance or use.
– In the event of water leaks, disconnect
the appliance from the mains pow-
er supply, close the water mains and
seek help from a qualified engineer.
– In case of an accidental refrigerant
gas leak, disconnect the appliance
from the mains and open a window to
air the room where the appliance is in-
stalled.
– Periodically check that the operating
pressure of the water heating system
when cold is
1-1.2 bar
. If required, in-
crease the pressure or seek help from
a qualified engineer.
– If the appliance is not used for a long
period of time, the following opera-
tions must be carried out:

set the main isolation switch to "OFF";

close the gas and water valves for the
water heating system.
– To ensure continued efficient opera-
tion of the appliance it is recommend-
ed that it is serviced regularly, at least
once a year. This is also a condition of
the boiler warranty.
– It is the law that any service or repair
is carried out by a Gas Safe Registered
engineer.
– Services must be recorded in the
maintenance section of this installa-
tion guide.

It is recommended that all operators
read this manual carefully in order to
use the appliance in a safe and ration-
al manner.

This manual
is an integral part of the
appliance. It must therefore be kept
for future reference and must always
accompany the appliance.

Installation and maintenance
of this ap-
pliance must be carried out by a Gas
Safe Registered Engineer in accord-
ance with the instructions contained
in the manual. On completing the in-
stallation the boiler should be com-
missioned and details recorded in the
Benchmark section of this manual.
