4.4 DISASSEMBLING
THE SHELL (fig. 19)
To simplify maintenance operations on
the boiler, it is also possible to com-
pletely remove the shell, as shown in
figure 19.
Turn the control panel to move it forward
and be able to access the internal com-
ponents of the boiler.
4.5
MAINTENANCE (fig. 20)
To ensure correct operation and efficien-
cy it is important that the appliance is
regularly serviced, at least once a year.
Servicing and repairs can only be done by
suitably authorised and qualified engine-
ers. It is recommended that the service
should include the removal and inspec-
tion of the burner and its insulation. On
completion a combustion analysis must
be done.
During the routine service the condensa-
te drain can be checked by carefully pou-
ring water into the combustion chamber
while the burner is removed.
Should the boiler not be used for long
periods of time, it is important that the
condensate trap is checked and filled if
required. it can be filled via the filling
vent, see fig 20.
GENERAL:
PLEASE NOTE: During routine servicing,
and after any maintenance or change of
any part of the combustion circuit, the
following must be checked:
The integrity of the flue system,
•
and the flue seals.
The integrity of the combustion cir-
•
cuit and the relevant seals.
The combustion performance, as
•
described in the commissioning
section
