  AT+CGEQREQ    3G quality of service profile (requested) 

Description 

The test command returns values supported as a compound value. 
The read command returns the current settings for each defined context for which a QOS was 
explicitly specified. 
The write command allows the TE to specify a Quality of Service Profile for the context identified 
by the context identification parameter

which is used when the MT sends an Activate PDP 

Context Request message to the network. 
A special form of the write command,
