To install the meat probe;
Open the cover of the meat probe (Fig. 18/A), then plug the meat probe (Fig. 18/
B).
Shows the internal temperature of the meat instantaneously on the screen. Thus,
you may cook your meat at the desired temperature.
While you are in the cooking menu, the meat probe symbol is displayed when the
meat probe is installed in the oven. In this case time-dependent programs such as
cooking time and cooking end time are not allowed. Cooking shall be ended auto-
matically when the meat stabbed with the meat probe reaches the desired temper-
ature.

Select the cooking function by applying the first 2 steps of manual cooking
and perform the temperature setting.

Press the clock setting (timer) key ( ) to enter the meat probe temperature
setting menu. Pause and degree symbols flash while you are in this menu.
On the left side of the screen the instantaneous temperature value being
measured by the meat probe, and on the right side of the screen, the tem-
perature value that the cooking shall be ended as set in the factory (80°C)
shall be displayed. Set the cooking end temperature value with up/down
keys.
3.
You may store the cooking end temperature value set by pressing the start
key. Press the start key again to start cooking with meat probe.
