Fresh chips
Ingredients:
½ kg potatoes
Salt
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips that
are approx. 1 cm thick. Soak the strips in water
for approx. 30 minutes. Then dab them thoroughly
to dry.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 140 °C.
3. Put the chips in a bowl and add one tablespoon
of oil. Mix the oil and the chips together well.
If you like, you can also season the chips at this
stage.
4. First fry the chips for approx. 20 minutes at
140 °C.
5. After the fi rst frying stage, leave the chips to cool
down in a bowl with kitchen roll.

Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. Then fry the chips
for approx. 15–20 minutes at 180 °C. If nec-
essary you can increase the time.
7. After the second frying stage, sprinkle some salt
over the chips and serve.
Tip:
It is best to fry the chips in 250 g portions.
Shake them approx. every 5 minutes, so that they
are evenly fried.
Potato cubes with herbs
Ingredients:
½ kg potatoes
Pepper
Salt
Herbes de Provence
Paprika powder
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes that
are approx. 1 cm in size.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
3.
Put the cubes in a bowl and add one tablespoon
of olive oil. Mix the oil and the cubes together
well. Then season with pepper, salt, paprika
powder and Herbes de Provence.
4. Fry the cubes for approx. 25 minutes at 180 °C.
Tip:
Shake the cubes approx. every 5 minutes, so
that they are evenly fried.
Spring rolls with chicken, leek and carrots
Ingredients:
1 White part of a leek
2 Carrots
1 Chicken fi llet
6 Sheets of rice paper
1 Egg yolk
Sesame oil
Curry powder
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fi llet into thin strips and season
them with the curry powder.
2. Brown the chicken strips in a pan with some
sesame oil.
3. Cut the leek and the carrots into thin strips. Cut
the vegetables so that they are the length of the
spring rolls.
4. Steam the vegetables in a pan with some fat
until they are fi rm to bite.
5. Dab the chicken strips and the vegetables
with kitchen roll. Make sure that the fi lling is
suffi ciently dry.
6. Whisk the egg yolk in a container.
7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.

Immerse
the rice paper sheets in water and wait
until they become more fl exible. Then take the
rice paper sheets out of the water and place
them onto a moist tea towel. Dab the top side
of the rice paper sheets with a tea towel. The
rice paper sheets can now be folded.
9. Place the fi lling in the top middle of the rice pa-
per sheets. Turn the rice paper sheets including
the fi lling downwards. Then fold the outer sides
of the rice paper inwards. Coat the edges of the
rice paper sheets with egg yolk and continue
to roll up the rice paper sheets. You will get
beautifully formed spring rolls.
