Do not fi ll up the product with oil
or other liquids.
Extremely fatty foods are not
suitable for preparation. The fat
would drip into the deep-frying

Note:
Before fi lling the product, leave it to heat up
for at least 3 minutes to achieve an optimal cooking
result.
Carefully pull the deep-frying pan

out of
the product.
Ensure that the deep-frying basket

is correctly
inserted into the deep-frying pan

(see ”Insert-
ing the deep-frying basket”).
Note:
Never use the deep-frying pan

out the deep-frying basket

Fill the deep-frying basket

with the desired
food. Infer the appropriate fi lling quantities from
the ”Instructions for use” section. Pay attention to
the MAX marking in the deep-frying basket.

Hold the deep-frying pan

by the handle

and slide it backwards until it is completely within
the product.
Setting the cooking time and
temperature (Fig. C)
Use the temperature knob

to set the de-
sired temperature. Infer the appropriate temper-
atures from the ”Instructions for use” section.
Note:
The product can be continuously adjusted
between 80 °C and 200 °C.
Use the cooking time knob

to set the
desired preparation time. Infer the appropriate
preparation times from the ”Instructions for use”
section.
Note:
A total preparation time of 60 minutes
can be set.
Note:
The desired preparation time must be
increased by 3 minutes for cold products that
have not been preheated.
The timer will now begin to count down for the
set cooking time.
Note:
During the preparation using hot air, the
heating light

switches on and off every so
often. This means that the heating element is
being switched on and off in order to maintain
the chosen temperature.
Surplus oil from the ingredients collects in the
bottom of the deep-frying pan

Note:
The LEDs of the power indicator

up red / red and green / green during operation.
If the desired temperature has been reached,
the LEDs light up red / red (green goes off ).
Note:
You can preheat the product without
adding food. To do so, set the cooking time
knob

to more than 3 minutes and wait
until the heating light

goes out. Then fi ll the
deep-frying basket

with the chosen foods
and set the cooking time knob

to the
required preparation time.
Some foods should be shaken 2–3 times at
regular intervals during the preparation time
(see ”Instructions for use”). This ensures that
the food cooks evenly.
To do this, pull the deep-frying pan

out of
the product by the handle

. Carefully shake
the food 2–3 times and slide the deep-frying
pan

back into the product.
