Preparing food

You can prepare foods such as chips, meat, stir-fried vegetables, stews and many
more using no more than one measuring cup

of cooking oil . Adding a suitable

cooking oil, makes the food crisper and the taste more intensive . The best oils are
neutral-tasting cooking oils such as sunflower or rapeseed oil . You can also use
clarified butter (ghee) for frying . Normal butter, margarine or olive oil are not
suitable as they not sufficiently heat-resistant .
The hot air circulation ensures that the food is evenly cooked .
