12. Troubleshooting
Unable to power the Micro Stereo System on

Check if the power cable [C] is connected properly to the power input [25] on the back
of the Micro Stereo System.

Check that the mains plug is correctly inserted into the mains socket.

Check that the main power switch [24] located on the back panel of the Micro Stereo
System is switched to “I”.
Bad radio reception

Unwind wire antenna [D] fully and/or move it to a different position.

Start a new station search.
Device switched on but no sound

Check the volume setting.

Please check if you have connected headphones and, if so, disconnect them.

Please check if the correct operating mode has been selected.
The remote control does not work

Point the remote control directly at the Micro Stereo System.

The remote control battery is low or empty. Replace it with a new one of the same type. For
more on this, see the "Replacing the remote control battery" chapter.
Audio CD is not played back

Please check if the Audio CD has been inserted properly into the CD tray.

Check if the Audio CD is damaged and/or try to play a different Audio CD.
No Bluetooth ® connection is established

Please check if the Bluetooth ® function of your device and of the Micro Stereo System is
switched on.

The distance between the Micro Stereo System and your device is too high, reduce it.
