5. Possible side e
ff
ects
If you follow the instructions fully and pay attention to all warnings and
contraindications, complications and side e
ff
ects are uncommon. All cosmetic
procedures, including those designed for home use, involve some degree of
risk. Therefore, it is important that you understand and accept the risks and
complications that may occur.
Skin redness
You may experience dilation of the super
fi
cial blood capillaries. This may
result in some redness for a few days. Additionally, some capillaries may
present red spots that will also subside with time. In such cases, immediately
cool the area with cold water.
Bruising
You may experience slight bruising which should disappear after 2-3 days.
Consult your physician if you experience any persistent symptoms.
