Perform the following steps to install the drives:
1. Start up your MAC computer.
2. Insert the Drivers and Utility CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
3. Double click on "SIIG_SCSI" CD-ROM Icon
4. Double click on "Anubis Extension Installer" program icon
5. Click on "Install" to begin the installation process
6. Once the "Installation was successful" screen is displayed, click
on "Quit" to complete the process
7. The installation program will prompt you to install the
AutoCache and CD-ROM Extension Installer .
- If you are attaching a CD-ROM/R/RW to the SCSI controller,
click on "Install" to continue and proceed to Step 8.
- If you are NOT attaching a CD-ROM/R/RW to the SCSI
controller, click on "Quit" and proceed to Step 10.
8. Once the "Installation was successful" screen is displayed,
click on "Quit" to complete the process.
9. The installation program will prompt you to install the Acrobat
Reader Installer.
Click on "Continue".
- If you already have Acrobat Reader installed, click on
"Decline" and proceed to Step 10.
- Otherwise, click on "Accept" and follow the on-screen
instructions to complete installation for Acrobat Reader.
Then proceed to the next step.
10. Double click on "SIIG_SCSI" CD-ROM icon located on your
MAC OS desktop.
11. Locate the file "AdvanSIM" and copy it to the "Extensions"
folder.
Note The "Extensions" folder can be found in the "System" folder
under your Main Hard Drive.
12. Restart the MAC computer for the new settings to take affect.
The software installation is now complete.
