Mounting the sample connections
CAUTION!
Flooding of the surrounding area due to improper connection of the sample con-
nections.
Please note the following before opening the sample feed:
The supply and return lines must be able to withstand the operating pressure.
The medium pressure on the ScrubberGuard can be a maximum of 3 bar. If there is a
higher pressure in the supply line, the optionally available pressure reducing valve must
be installed. The pressure in the return line must not exceed 3 bar.
All pipes must be fastened in place and secured so that no air can be drawn in. The
pipe connections should be checked about two weeks after installation to ensure that
there are no leaks.
Drainage of the sample must be ensured at all times.
In order to ensure an accurate measurement, observe the following points when mounting
the sample connections:
A continuous
water flow rate of 4 to 20 l/min
must be ensured.
When fastening the sample inlet and outlet pipe, ensure in particular that no forces are
exerted on the pipe connections.
