NOTES:    1.

Idler assemblies (23) and vanes (17) must soak in air-line oil over night before
assembling air motor. Idler assemblies and bearings except (13), are to be
lubricated with Non-Fluid Oil #K-55 or equivalent.

     2.

Belleville washers (51) must be installed back to back for maximum stacked
length.

* Secure with Loctite #242 or equivalent.
** Secure with Loctite #222 or equivalent.
*** Secure with Loctite #569 or equivalent.

     

    The pilot valve (Key 33) must only be serviced by an authorized Signode Service Facility or 
    a maintenance person trained by Signode. NEVER remove the pilot valve when air is
    connected to the tool. Removing a pilot valve with air to the tool will cause the valve to
    violently release from the tool. All parts must be periodically inspected and replaced if worn
    or broken, Failure to do this can affect a product's operation and can result in severe
    personal injury.  Failure to observe the above could result in severe personal injury.
