5.2.4 Installation of Accessories
•
Only use vessels that are suitable for the rotor (see chapter 10 "Suitable
Accessories", page 57).
•
Load all of the compartments of the swing-out rotors.
•
Always load the opposite compartments of the rotors with the same
accessories and filling to avoid imbalance.
•
Centrifugation with low capacity:
For the example, an angle rotor 24 x 2,2 ml (Fig. 5.7) and a swing-out rotor
24 x 2,2 ml (Fig. 5.8) are used.
The tubes must be installed symmetrically so that the rotor is loaded evenly.
