Placing laundry into the drum
:
Warning
Risk to life!
Items of laundry pretreated with
cleaning agents that contain solvents,
e.g. stain remover/cleaning solvent,
may cause an explosion after being
loaded into the washing machine.
Hand-rinse these items of laundry
thoroughly beforehand.
Notes
■
Mix items of washing of varying
sizes. Laundry items of different
sizes distribute themselves better
during the spin cycle. Individual
laundry items may cause an
unbalanced load.
■
Observe the maximum indicated
load. Overfilling adversely affects the
washing result and encourages
creasing.
1.
Unfold presorted laundry items and
place them in the washing drum.
2.
Ensure that no items of laundry are
trapped between the door and
rubber seal.
3.
Close the door.
The indicator light on the Start button
flashes, and the default settings for the
programme appear continuously on the
display panel. Changes may be made
to the default settings.
Measure and add detergent
and care products
