Rebooting Nodes Remotely (REBOOT)

If needed, you can use the REBOOT command to clear a node’s binding table.

Typically, the REBOOT command is not used during normal operation and debugging
since FPX and FLNX nodes automatically age-out and remove unused binding table
entries to nodes they no longer communicate wirelessly with.

To reboot the node and clear its binding table:

1. Type one of the following:

•

REBOOT TLX

•

REBOOT FPX

•

REBOOT FLNX

(where

is the FLN device address (drop))

•

REBOOT FLNX

(where

is the FLNX EUID)

2. Press

ENTER

3. If you used the REBOOT TLX command, run the SCAN command to rebuild the TLX binding table.
