Individual ports can be entered either with the port number
or with the corresponding service name (e.g. 110 for pop3
or pop3 for 110).
Action
:
Accept
means that the data packets may pass.
Refuse
means that the data packets are turned away so
that the sender is informed of the refusal.
Reject
means that data packets are not allowed to pass.
They are swallowed so that the sender is not informed of
their whereabouts.
Log
For each individual firewall rule you can determine whether,
when the rule is applied,
the event is to be logged - set

Log entries for unknown connection attempts
:
This logs all connection attempts which are not recorded by
the prevalent rules.
!
If several firewall rules have been set, they are followed in
the order of the entries.
