In this state, the device can no longer initiate
repetition of defective CAN messages.
Check for errors in the hardware installation

rate, etc.).
The error may also occur if no other devices are
connected to the CAN bus.

This is caused by too much CAN
communication traffic or when other problems
occurred in the CAN communication ("Bus Off"
or "Error Passive" state). If neither "Bus Off" nor
"Error Passive" state exists, try reducing the
amount of communication traffic or increasing
the CAN bit rate.
