SIMATIC PCS 7 OSx 4.1.2 Operator
If an OSx station line entry in the Network Status or Network Setup dialog
boxes is highlighted with a magenta background, the station is no longer an
active station (
). This happens when either the network or the
OSx station fails. An inactive OSx station is not the same as a station that
you have set to out_of_service.
If an OSx station line entry is highlighted with a yellow background, the
station is no longer synchronized with the primary.
If an OSx station line entry is highlighted with a cyan (light blue)
background, the station is in the process of synchronizing with the primary.
To resynchronize remote stations, use the
Re_Sync
command from Network
Setup (
Magenta =
Station is not active.
Yellow
=
Station is out of sync.
Cyan
= Station is synchronizing.
